Linkfire is the leading provider of fire and essential safety measures (fire safety measures) and the original one stop shop for programmed maintenance in Victoria and the Newcastle region in NSW. We are a locally owned and operated buiness, employing local people and supporting local communities. We provide training and support across the property industry, being involved in several industry groups, associations and thinktanks.
Linkfire has a rich 20 + year history of working with owners corporation management, commercial real estate management companies and facility management companies on all of their ongoing essential (fire) safety measure compliance requirements.
What started out as a small sole trader business for Alistair Nicoll in the late 1990s, has grown significantly into the market leader that we are today. Currently managing over 8,500 buildings throughout Melbourne and its greater regions, including satellite offices in Bendigo, and Newcastle in N.S.W.
Throughout this growth, the original vision has never faltered; to deliver the highest level of customer service in all areas guaranteeing long term sustainable relationships with clients. Their objective is to provide programmed maintenance solutions to businesses by negotiating the complex ESM / FSM requirements and freeing up time for business owners and managers alike.

Linkfire currently service the ESM & FSM at over 8,500 buildings throughout Melbourne, the greater Victoria region and in and around Newcastle in NSW. These properties range from commercial units, government properties, schools, large mixed-use facilities and large residential facilities.
We are a true one stop shop and service all ESM / FSM requirements to the latest Australian testing standards (Currently AS1851:2012) including the issue of Annual Essential Safety Measures Report (Vic) & the Annual Fire Safety Statement (NSW).
